BETWEEN YOU AND ME
Between you and me gives physical form to indeterminacy. It privileges tacit engagement, it makes physical the immaterial and attempts to bring forward what we know by heart. It makes us see what we know by heart by making physical the immaterial.
Centered on three collaborations, this project explores naming and categorizing as central strategies that test and extend the notion of assumed knowledge. Existing as sites of exchange, each collaboration includes a
signature with space for sixteen pages of content, accompanied by an object. The objects hold the thematic concerns of each signature and generate discursive positions proactively asking; what can we find together?
What is included here is the beginning of an ongoing investigation, prompts and possibilities that urge us to consider that quality which cannot be named.
